Ok so I know y'all are totally NOT having these vacay posts anymore...don't worry...I'm pretty much over them myself, too. I mean, who wants to read all about somewhere you're not?! Anywho-for those of you who have kept up, thank you! For those of you who are sick of it all...you're in luck because today sums it all up and I'll be back to regular blogging this week! (Can I get an "Amen?")
Day 6: Hanauma Bay
(Famous for the snorkeling)
For this not being a guided snorkeling trip, we saw a TON of different fish!
Eel!
Day 7: Stephanie gets sick + a Luau
Here I am all jacked up on vitamin C & Sudafed
To sum it up-we did nothing all day in hopes I would feel better for the luau that night...
Worked like a charm! ;)
I'm not a history buff at. all. but if you ever get the chance to go to a real Hawaiian luau, it's a must! Everything they do is authentic and true to the Hawaiian culture from the dress, to the hair, to the dancing...and the boys aren't too bad to look at either! ;)
As for the girls, I was mesmerized by them as well.
The way they move their hips puts Shakira to shame.
A real pig roast!
(If you're squeamish or have never been around dead animals, look no further.)
Don't say I didn't warn ya!
Random photo with a large chested woman-standard for these boys...
No-we don't know her...
Oh-and I realize this may be slightly inappropriate but what would
a Hawaiian vacation be without spotting a nice, bronze man sporting thee tiniest of tiny G-strings on Waikiki beach?!
You're welcome girls.
And you're also welcome for ending this recap.
xoxo
Can I just say that y'all are simply gorgeous!? So is the guy in the g-string. Oh, and Hawaii looks nice, too ;)

That man is hilarious but sickening at the same time! ew! I'm glad I didn't see anything like that on my vacation!! (We did see some bad speedos and topless chicks though, which I wasn't expecting!)
ReplyDeleteLove your Hawaiian vacation posts, as they bring back fond memories of my visit to Oahu several years ago...the red velvet pancakes, shave ice, shrimp trucks, Waikiki beach, snorkeling, luaus, hikes, Kailua, etc.
ReplyDeleteI'm a new follower...I found your blog via blogher.
I'm a Coog myself, now living in Bham, AL...deep in Roll Tide country...can't get away from all the Crimson Tide folks...my hubby is an LSU grad, so I'm either wearing purple and gold or red and white.
Interesting item...my sister, the one who used to live in Hawaii and whom I visited, is now living in Houston, our hometown.
