Let's Get Skinny & Win Free Stuff. Cool?

Raise your hand if you ate one too many pieces of pecan pie on Christmas day.
Raise your hand if you eat too dang much every day.
Raise your hand if your new year's resolution was to shed a few LB's.

If you noticed your hand involuntarily raising itself for all 3 of those questions, keep reading. If not, then you're that skinny chick we all envy & despise so get the heck outta here! ;) (kidding)

Even if you are that 5'9" size 2 chick we love to hate, I think we can all agree that our bodies need a good cleaning out every so often. From all the fried, processed and packaged foods we've consumed over the past year or so, it's time to get it out of our systems.

We're talking the yeast-free diet, peoples.

No sugar.
No alcohol.
No dairy.
No yeast.
30 days.

Who's in?

Here you have it: Every year my company puts on a 30 day yeast-free challenge called "Yeast-Free With Me." (And by "my company", I mean "moi".) This is my first year completely coordinating the entire thing by myself so to say I'm just a tiny bit anxious/nervous about the outcome is an understatement.  Basically, Yeast-Free With Me is a 30 day email series where you'll receive valuable information regarding the Yeast-Free diet including guidelines, shopping lists, recipes, tips, motivation and more...brought to you by, well....ME...of course with the assistance of our ever-loving PR/marketing team! (God bless those women!)

This is where YOU come in.

Don't you want to get back in that size "S" bikini by your big trip this summer?
What? You have a wedding dress to be in this year?
Oh! Your fat jeans are a leeeetle tight these days?

Good.
(Well...not "good" but here's where I strap on a cape & save the day.)

All I need is for you to sign up with your email address here. Once you've signed up, you should receive an email within 24 hours that includes any and everything you could possibly want to know about the yeast-free diet. The challenge starts January 16th so you still have time to mentally and physically prepare for it. From then and until Valentine's day, you'll be receiving about 2 emails per week all geared towards yeast-free eating and, well, living an overall healthy lifestyle. (New outfit for V-day?!) I've even compiled a list of super simple, but tasty recipes that I'll be emailing out as well as a daily food journal. (You're welcome.)

Here's where it gets good.

In addition to signing up, I'll be giving away a few of my most favoritist health inspired things. Yes-not only am I determined to get you lookin' good and feelin' good but I'm also gonna give you free stuff.

Youknowyouloveme.

How to enter:
(One comment per entry, please!)

1. Follow my blog and let me know.
2. Sign up for Yeast-Free With Me and tell me you've done so.
3. Tell me the one thing you hope to accomplish in doing the YF diet.
(weight loss, lead a more healthy lifestyle, cleanse your system, etc...)

Giveaway winner will be chosen Monday, January 16th at midnight so make sure you sign up before then and check back Tuesday, the 17th to see if you're the lucky winner!
Even if you're already lookin' hawt in your bikini and don't want to participate in the challenge, do me a lil favor and sign up anyways? My goal is to outdo our number of participants from last year which is pretty lofty and since you're mah frand I think you should help a sista out. Purtty please?! Cherry on top?! (Yes. This is me begging.)

Anywho-husband and I have jumped the gun and are already on day 6. So far so good! We've both agreed we're feeling SO much LESS bloated and so much MORE lean. Energy levels are great and actually, I'm not really all that hungry and haven't had any crazy sugar cravings. (Even while on my period. Strange.) To top it off, this morning I put on my suit and to no surprise, my pants are sitting a little lower on my hips than normal! ;)

I really don't have a lot of weight to lose so don't go thinkin' I've lost my mind. I'd just like to be back down to where I feel my best...122-123ish...not the 127 I've been pushin'. (Yep. There it is. My weight all over the world wide web.)

Still unsure if this is the right thing for you?
Check out my "Lifestyle" page or leave a comment with your questions!

Whether you like it or not, I'll be intermittently updating you all on my YF journey over the next month, including an entire weeks worth of food journaling and possibly, an after picture of yours truly AND Beau in next to nothing to show off our results.
(No promises there.)

Now that you all have a good visual, get ta signin' up!

"When you look good, you feel good.
When you feel good, you look good."
