LOL, at your husbands outfit! Looks like something my husband would wear! Also when you finally get to decorate your brand spanking new house the wait will be totally worth it! Can't wait to see it all come together!
ReplyDeleteMy husband would kill to go hunting in Texas!!! lol it's his dream! Congrats on the house hun! :)
ReplyDeleteYAY! It take FOREVER to start the whole breaking ground process but once they do the rest just flies by!
ReplyDeleteI cant wait to see your house come along! and your husbands outfit is incredibly awesome!
ReplyDeleteWow that is a HUGE lot! We just had a house built, and O-M-G was it ever frustrating! We've lived in the house for almost 5 months and the frustration has not ended. The builder did our 30 day inspection three months late, and still haven't finished fixing all the things they were supposed to from that. They didn't do the exterior inspection (which was supposed to be done before closing) until 4 months after we moved in - still not finished. They don't return our calls or e-mails most of the time. They tell us they will come work on the house then don't show up. Things keep falling apart, too. It's ridiculous. I love our house, but I hate the builder! Every time a potential buyer comes through I want to tell them "Don't buy here unless you have the patience of a saint!"
ReplyDeleteYay Yay Yay!!! So exciting cannot wait to see the progress!
ReplyDeleteyay yay yay yay yaya yay for the house!
ReplyDeleteand well as long as you still love him even when he dresses like that :) no worries.. we dont (or i dont anyway) judge him
Yay yay yay! It's officially started! (Well officially "physically" started!)
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see it all happen now! :-)
LOL! Beau isn't the only guy who can't dress himself, my fiance can't either! Gotta love their "style"! Congrats on breaking ground on Casa de Howard!!!
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine is in the building process right now--between her stories and yours, I'm pretty sure building a house would make me lose my mind. On the flip side, my other friend recently moved into her custom-built house...there are so many things about it that I love as compared to our "spec" house. Anyway, your dirt looks fabulous :) At least Beau didn't wear the yellow shorts. I guess he figured they'd scare off the hogz :P
ReplyDeletethat is so exciting!!!! I bet y'all can't wait to be in your new house!
ReplyDeleteHaha at your hubs outfit! And congratulations on the groundbreaking! I think if I had to build a house, I'd slap someone - I have no patience these days! Haha.
ReplyDeleteSo exciting! Congratulations, girl :) Can I send Jason to go hog-hunting with Beau? He wants to go so bad, but none of his friends want to. I'll buy him yellow shorts to match! Perfect, right?
ReplyDeleteYay that's so exciting!! i can't wait to see the progress!
ReplyDeleteyay!! Excited for you!! I know what a pain that can be...waiting! Looks like you're off to a good start now though!
ReplyDeleteps-I'm sure it will be fab! All the houses around yours look so nice!
We are currently building a home too! I love going by and seeing the progress! I promise, it goes by A LOT faster once you've broken ground and they pour foundation! We waited for the appraisal for a WHOLE month. ugh....but now, it's going really quickly and fun to see the progress! Enjoy it!!
